After beginning his career in the social sector, he decided to broaden his horizons and train in real estate, becoming a certified Real Estate Agent (API) and an expert in anti–money laundering compliance.
His first major experience in the industry came at one of the leading agencies in Baix Llobregat, where he refined his technical and commercial expertise.
Upon returning to Mallorca, he founded his own real estate agency while also developing significant work in the social sphere, eventually serving as vice president of one of the island’s most relevant associations. Since then, he has successfully combined both paths, merging human commitment with the strict legal and documentary rigor that defines his current work.
With more than six years of experience in the sector, Joan specializes in documentation management, property valuations, market reports, and the legal aspects of each transaction. His empathy, meticulousness, and analytical mindset ensure that his priority is always people, beyond the properties themselves.
A native Mallorcan with training in Barcelona, he offers deep knowledge of the local market paired with a broad, competitive perspective. He speaks Catalan, Spanish, and English, and enjoys exploring real estate investment, legislation, and market analysis.

Cyril Heyne is a real estate expert with extensive experience in the luxury sector and a deep understanding of the Mallorcan property market. His passion for architecture, design, and exclusive homes led him to found his first agency in Palma in 2015, after beginning his career in Germany in 2004 as a Real Estate Management Technician and later running his own agency in Stuttgart.
Throughout his professional career, he has founded and managed several companies linked to the real estate sector in both Germany and Spain, including a property management firm in Stuttgart. In 2023, he decided to fully focus on his true vocation: the brokerage of high-end properties in Mallorca, joining Joan Darder to strengthen the growth of HEYNE & DARDER Exclusive Real Estate. In 2024, he expanded his training as a Real Estate Agent, earning official accreditations in both Germany and Spain.
